Every role at BIXIE requires an AI-native mindset — no exceptions. We're not looking for people who have "heard of ChatGPT". We're looking for people for whom AI is a second native language.
You use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other tools daily — for analysis, writing, planning and code. AI is an extension of your brain.
You write prompts that deliver exact results — not generic text. You understand context, constraints and iteration.
You automate your own tasks before doing them manually. If you've done something twice — you already have an idea how to automate it.
You master new tools and frameworks in days, not months. AI helps you learn 10x faster and apply it immediately.

You design and implement AI agents, RPA automations and integrations for our clients. You work with a modern stack: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, open source models), agent frameworks (OpenClaw, LangChain, n8n), CRM/ERP APIs and cloud infrastructure.
