How and where we use artificial intelligence — and who is responsible for what we publish.
We use artificial intelligence as a tool in preparing content (blog, proposals, presentations, e-mail communication), in automating the business processes we implement for clients, and in internal operations. AI does not replace people — it speeds up the work people do.
All content prepared with the help of AI tools goes through human review and approval before publication. An article, proposal or message that carries the BIXIE signature — a human in the BIXIE team is responsible for it. AI helps us write faster and research more thoroughly; decisions, facts and tone are ours.
Blog articles prepared with the help of AI tools carry a notice at the end of the article. The notice shows that the text was reviewed and approved by the BIXIE team before publication. Individual AI errors or inaccuracies can happen — if you spot one, tell us and we will correct it.
When you communicate with an AI assistant or chatbot that we build for you or for our client, we clearly tell you that you are talking to an AI system, except where it is obvious from the context (e.g. automated e-mail). Nothing an AI system says is legal, financial or professional advice without human confirmation.
We label AI-generated content transparently in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act) and the good practices recommended by the European Commission. Our approach goes beyond the legal minimum: as a company that implements AI for others, we believe transparency starts with us.
